2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied at checkout for orders below the free shipping threshold.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $45.98.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
To improve shipping efficiency and product availability, orders may be shipped from our regional fulfillment centers.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

harvonicelora is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees applied to your order. Any charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Your satisfaction is important to us.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@harvonicelora.com within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: harvonicelora is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the carrier but reported lost or stolen afterward. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors or household members and contact the carrier directly for further assistance.
