1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered
- The item must be unused and free from signs of wear, damage, pet hair, stains, or odor
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, must be provided
2. How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error:
If you received a defective item, a damaged item, or the wrong product, harvonicelora will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to personal reasons:
If you would like to return an item because of personal preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@harvonicelora.com within 72 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the problem
After reviewing your case, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition
- Pet products that have been opened or used, if they cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must still be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

- Up to 10 business days for us to inspect and process your return
- An additional 3 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account
